"Our specialty is Ethernet cables," says Alberto di Cecco, Owner of Mr. Tronic. With extensive experience in the world of e-commerce, they have been selling their products online for 7 years. However, they started selling on Amazon in 2020 to expand in Europe, and since then, they have only continued to grow.
Alberto joined the Amazon Selling Partner 360 program in October 2021 when the program was in its initial phase. "We decided to join the program because we had a clear vision of growth, and it was the perfect time to receive guidance that includes strategic recommendations, analysis, and reports to help us understand the market, as well as constant support," says Alberto, stating that he decided to bet on the value proposition of the program.

"There has been growth, and there are many factors to attribute it to. Of course, this program has a lot to do with it since we have implemented Deals of the Day, as well as invested heavily in advertising and having a greater variety of products thanks to the recommendations we receive," says Alberto. "It is a powerful program with good tools. However, you must have a strong desire to work because it is not as simple as joining the program and automatically increasing sales... it is about wanting to do it, taking time and doing it right. When I started in the program, I had my pace. You must have the desire, dedication, and know that you have to work hard to offer a good product and service," concludes Alberto.
